1. Data collected
We collect the email address you submit in the download form and the selected request type (trial or full). For Video Guides administration, we process the admin token you provide for authentication and the submitted video metadata (title and URL). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which collects billing and transaction data on its checkout pages. Our hosting providers may process technical request metadata (for example IP address, user-agent, and timestamps) for security and service operation. We do not currently run custom behavioral analytics scripts on this website. Tutorial videos are not loaded automatically; the embedded player loads only after you click Play.
2. How data is used
We process personal data to provide requested services (including downloads, support, and licensing workflows), maintain security, and prevent abuse. Under GDPR, our main legal bases are performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests in operating and securing the service (Article 6(1)(f)), and compliance with legal obligations where applicable (Article 6(1)(c)). Video Guide data is used only to manage and display public tutorial content. If optional marketing communications are added in the future, we will rely on consent where required and provide opt-out controls.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors and service providers needed to run the service, including Lemon Squeezy (payments and subscriptions), hosting infrastructure providers (delivery and operational logs), and, when enabled, a managed KV storage provider for Video Guides content. If you click Play on a tutorial video, the site connects to YouTube to load the player, and your interaction with YouTube is governed by YouTube's own privacy terms. Where data is transferred outside your country or the EEA/UK, we apply appropriate safeguards required by applicable law (such as contractual protections).
4. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Video Guide entries remain stored until removed by an authorized admin. Download request payloads are not persisted by this site in an internal customer database by default, but related request metadata may appear in provider logs for a limited operational period based on provider settings.
5. Contact
For privacy requests, contact us at support@cutassistai.com. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
